We would like to thank you for your trust during this difficult time. If you have placed an order with us, we confirm that your order has been processed correctly, and we apologize in advance for any delay the delivery might suffer due to the current COVID-19 situation.

We are fully operational and our staff is available and ready to respond to all of your needs during our normal office hours. All the company’s departments are working at full capacity while also adhering to the current guidelines issued by the WHO (World Health Organization). During this time, we are closely monitoring the situation by taking all the preventive steps needed. Additionally, we have encouraged all of our team members to work from home as a precautionary measure to protect themselves and others.

Below, you will find a series of questions and answers regarding orders, and the procedure that will be followed in the coming weeks. Should you have any doubts, or cannot find an answer to your question, do not hesitate to contact us directly.

 

Order delivery - Will I receive the purchased goods?

All online orders will be delivered. At this moment we cannot confirm if your order will be dispatched within the next business day as usual, but do not worry. As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email to follow its delivery status. 

 

Delivery time - When will I receive my order?

One of the priorities at P D PAOLA is to make sure you'll receive your online order in the shortest time possible. Unfortunately, in the current COVID-19 world situation, we cannot guarantee that delivery times are fulfilled with the rigor and punctuality that we strive to offer. If you don’t want to wait until we ship it, you can cancel your order before we start preparing it at any moment by just filling up this form. Furthermore, you will still have 30 days from the moment your order is delivered to claim any return or exchange using the same form.

 

Commitment to ensuring the health of our customers - Are our shipments safe?

We are 100% committed to following local Government regulations and WHO recommendations in order to avoid any repercussions that COVID19 may cause on health and society. Our logistics team is following a health test several times a day to ensure that you can receive your jewelry safely.

On the other hand, we are adapting our processes on a daily fashion to ensure they are aligned with the regulations and recommendations issued by the Health Authorities.
