Her Choice
She’ll receive her unique E-Gift Card code and everything she needs to discover and choose her favorite pieces, online or at PDPAOLA stores.
USING YOUR GIFT CARD
The E-Gift Card can be used once or across several purchases until the balance is complete.
If her choice exceeds the remaining balance, the difference can be paid using another available payment method or another E-Gift Card.
The E-Gift Card is valid for 365 days from the date it is received.
Balance & returns
If a piece purchased with an E-Gift Card is returned, the corresponding amount will be credited back to the same E-Gift Card, subject to our return conditions.
E-Gift Cards themselves cannot be returned or exchanged.
More details
Each E-Gift Card is created with the recipient details and delivery date you select, so everything is set from the moment your gift is confirmed. Every purchase is securely registered with PDPAOLA, and our Client Care team is always available should any assistance with delivery be needed.
The full value of the E-Gift Card is reserved for discovering PDPAOLA pieces and collections; promotional codes do not apply, and E-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another E-Gift Card.
All PDPAOLA jewelry is covered by a three-year guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery, protecting against manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship, without prejudice to the customer’s statutory rights. Normal wear and tear resulting from use is excluded.
