What should I do to make a return or an exchange?

To return your jewel, please enter into our Returns center:

- For returns from inside the European Union, please click on this link.

- For returns from outside the European Union, please register your request on this link.

Your request will be accepted within 24–48 hours. You will then receive all the instructions to follow by email.
