Returns & Exchanges Policy

You can request returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase. All our jewelry pieces are covered by a 3-year warranty.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in perfect condition, showing no signs of wear, and returned in their original or suitable packaging. We recommend reusing the original shipping box to ensure your jewelry arrives safely. Please note that we cannot process returns for items received damaged or in poor condition.

Returns of products purchased during promotions will be handled according to the specific terms of that promotion.

Please note that personalized or modified items (such as resized or engraved pieces) cannot be exchanged or returned, as they are made exclusively for you and cannot be resold, unless they present a factory default.

Jewels purchased on our website are not eligible for return at our physical stores.
