- Each and every one of our pieces is carefully prepared in our facilities, so your order should arrive in perfect condition. Should this not be the case, please contact us.
- If you are struggling to complete your order or to navigate through our website, please restart your web browser. If the problems persist, contact us and our IT team will help you as soon as possible.
- We usually include more than one item for each PDPAOLA packing box we use, where each product is individually protected. This is to ensure we optimise weight and volume so we can continue offering you free shipping options. If you wish to receive each jewel packaged individually in a box, add our special gift option for only 2,95€.
- We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit or debit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and other international cards.
- PayPal, an international payment operator through which you can pay by card, whether or not you have a PayPal account.
- Split-it, for countries within the EU. Buy and pay in instalments, with ease. We offer up to five monthly payments.
- In addition to card and PayPal payment, for countries outside of the EU – and in Germany, the Netherlands, the UK and Greece – we also offer other payment methods according to your country’s regulations.
