Which options do I have in Europe?

Important: customized products cannot be returned/exchanged. In case that an order containing engraved jewels arrives at our warehouse, it will be returned to the buyer and the shipping costs will be charged to him/her.

We offer 2 return options:  

1- Leave the parcel at the nearest drop-off point of our delivery service (€5 will be deducted from the refund).  

2- You can send the package on your own with the courier service you prefer (the shipping costs are at your own expense). 

It is important to make aware to our Happiness Ambassadors when requesting to return items from separate/different orders.

A print copy of the electronic receipt should be included with the return order.

What is the total amount to be reimbursed?

We will refund the total paid amount for the order, including any original standard shipping costs.

In case the customer decide to ship the parcel back by using a prepaid return label provided by PDPAOLA, €5 will be deducted from the total amount (€8 for Germany).

 

How long does the refund take?

The refund will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and be reflected in your bank account.

 

Notes: 

  • Customers can request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • If it is the case the customer ships the parcel using a different courier company instead of the service provided by PDPAOLA,
  • PDPAOLA will not be responsible for any loss of the package during its shipment. It will be the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the package arrives in our facilities in perfect conditions.
  • Any promotional items received with the original order should be returned if, after the return process, the promotional conditions no longer apply.
