Which are the return and exchange options?

What are the available return methods and costs?

We offer two easy ways to return your order:

• A courier will collect your package from the address you provide. This service has a cost of €1.95 per request, which will be deducted from your total refund.
  
• You can also return your package at one of our authorised drop-off locations. This option is completely free.

How and when will I receive my refund?

Once your return has arrived at our facilities, we will process your refund within 72 hours.

Please note that it may take 7 to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been issued.
