I have received a faulty piece, what can I do?

All our products come with a 3-year warranty, from the date of your order’s delivery, against any defects in our materials and/or workmanship.

According to the warranty, PDPAOLA will replace* manufacturing faults within a 3-year period.

Your request will be accepted within 24–48 hours. You will then receive all the instructions to follow by email.

*For warranty requests made after 30 days from the purchase, our quality team will evaluate the case, and if the conditions to proceed with the warranty are met, we will initiate the replacement of the jewelry or, if this is not possible, a gift card for the value of the damaged jewelry will be created.
